This website is operated by MERCHAND. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MERCHAND. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGNS

All content, graphics, typography, streetwear artwork, brand names, and visual materials displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of MERCHAND. Unlawful duplication, resale, or reproduction of our artwork without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT DISPLAY & COLOR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and details of our products. However, because our items are produced via Print-on-Demand digital printing (DTG), minor color variations may occur depending on your device’s screen calibration and garment fabric blend. These slight variations do not constitute a defect.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall MERCHAND, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
